ERA Nurseries employs casual workers. The number of casual workers engaged varies depending on the volume of orders we have and the time of the year.

The busiest months are between December and March and May to July inclusive. ERA employs casual employees outside these periods as well particularly if there is a special project or capital works programs undertaken. ERA Nurseries has a number of 'casual' employees who have by choice worked up to 6 months of the year for the last 7 years.

Whilst a lot of the work we have is relatively unskilled we do encourage applicants that have a fork lift, and/or heavy articulated licences to apply.

All new employees will be required to undertake a full OH&S briefing and induction prior to commencing employment.
