Eucalyptus gomphocephala (tuart) is a tall growing tree occuring naturally along a coastal strip in the Perth area. It has proved to be an adaptable species in coastal and sub  coastal areas outside its natural range both coastal and inland. Tolerant of sandy and alkaline soils

Eucalyptus gomphocephala has white flowers from mid summer to the middle of autumn.
